How to Order from Paw and Proud

At Paw and Proud, we make it easy for you to shop for high-quality pet products online. To place an order on our Shopify store, simply follow these steps:

Step 1: Browse our products

Start by browsing our selection of pet products, including food, toys, grooming supplies, and more. You can use the search bar at the top of our website to find specific items, or browse by category using the menu on the left-hand side of the page.

Step 2: Add items to your cart

Once you find a product you want to purchase, click on the "Add to Cart" button. You can add multiple items to your cart before checking out.

Step 3: Check out

When you're ready to place your order, click on the shopping cart icon at the top right-hand side of the page to view your cart. Check to make sure that you've added all the items you want to purchase, then click on the "Check Out" button.

Step 4: Enter your information

Next, you'll be asked to enter your shipping address and payment information. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Step 5: Review and submit your order

Before submitting your order, review the items in your cart, as well as your shipping address and payment information, to make sure everything is correct. Then click on the "Place Order" button to submit your order.

That's it! Once your order is submitted, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. We'll also send you updates on your order's status, including tracking information once your order ships.
