At Paw and Proud, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied and want return the items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.Please note that items must be in their original condition and packaging, and must not be used or damaged.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at service@gir-trading.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed.

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return policy requirements, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at service@gir-trading.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund as soon as possible.
