To facilitate purchases from paw and proud, we offer a wide range of payment options. Currently, we accept payments in various currencies including GBP (Pound Sterling), USD, Euro, CAD, AUD, and more. Here are the payment methods we offer:

Paypal:
We accept PayPal payments through our secure checkout system. Please note that we will only dispatch orders to the address registered with the PayPal account holder. If you want to pay with a credit card, simply select the PayPal option and click the "pay" button. You will then be directed to a webpage where you can enter your credit card information.

Credit cards via Stripe gateway:
We also accept credit card payments through the Stripe gateway.

Western Union/Money Gram:
Once we receive your payment, we will dispatch your order. Please contact our customer service for receiver details.

Payment FAQs:

• Can I pay with a credit card without registering for a PayPal account?

Yes, you can. Simply select the PayPal option and click the "pay" button. You will then be directed to a webpage where you can enter your credit card information. If someone has used PayPal on your computer before, you will need to clear your browser cache before making a successful credit card payment.

• I have a credit balance from a previous order. Can I use it for my new order?

Yes, you can. Please contact our customer service, and we will create a gift card for you to use.

• Why is the amount received less than the amount I paid in the bank?

In addition to the transaction fee charged by your bank, third-party banks may also charge fees during the payment process. If your bank does not have a business relationship with ours, the payment may be sent to a third-party bank first, which will deduct a transaction fee from the payment. As a result, the payment time will be longer, and we will receive an amount less than what you paid.
