Used or damaged items
Items not in their original packaging
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at with photos of the damaged product and your order number. We will provide you with a replacement or a refund.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you are exchanging an item, we will send your new item(s) to you as soon as we receive your returned item(s). Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the returned item(s) and the new item(s).
